Qlikview iPhone App Issues

Hi,

I've installed the Qlikview iPhone App and i'm having difficulty setting this up.

I've added the access point address and i'm getting:

'Authentication Failure, unable to authenticate'

Also, at one point I got the error:

'error contacting the server'. However I havent got that error back again.

Via Sarfri I've tried to logon and this works.

Any advise?
