Qlikview models are failing to reload...please help :( this is urgent

Hi all,

I'm having quite a lot of trouble when it comes to scheduled reloading. I don't understand the errors, because when I reload manually (by opening the document and reloading) it loads perfectly fine.

The error I'm experiencing is as follows:-

  • 2013/11/06 05:47:32 AM Error Failed to allocate a QlikView Engine.

          2013/11/06 05:47:32 AM Error No QlikView Engine was available after waiting for 45 minutes


I've read a previous post regarding the same issue and they suggested changing the setting in the config file "QvbWaitTimeoutMinutes"


Mine is set at 45


Could someone please help as this is urgent and I don't understand why this is happening. It was working fine before.
