Qlikview print sheet is working at our machine but QA cannot take print sheet on access point

Hi ,

QA team was able to take print sheet from the access point , now they Can't , whereas, Qlikview developer could take print sheet at their respective machine ..

what is the issue , is print option is unchecked at management console ?

Please advise.

you need to check the options you have ticked in DOCUMENT PROPERTIES > SECURITY tabs, e.g.

my question , we can take the  print out sheet ( using macro script) within the qlikview document , whereas , QA can't take the print out on access point .

however , as said , QA earlier , was able to take print out , now they can't ,the above resolution  will resolve the issue , want to know the reason behind this on clicking it .

Not an expert on this area, but most MACROS don't work in the ACCESS POINT using the AJAX (Full Browser Client), you may have more success using the IE Plugin instead.

Macros may not work with AJAX mode.

Also, if you are using IE plugin, can't you right click on sheet and simply "print"?
