1) What are the required skills needed in order to be a successful qlikview developer?
2) Does anyone work as a qlikview developer as a full time employee or a consultant and what are your experiences of working as a qlikview developer?
3) What are the pros and cons of being a qlikview developer?
4) Are there any qlikview jobs in the United States or UK?
By the way, I am currently working as a Qlikview BI Consultant and so far I really like qlikview. I have one year experience with Qlikview and about 2 year experience with databases and basic programming languages?
System Skills and if you know about the core of the company would be better
You have to know about data base and you have to like it, all knowladge about datawarehouse would be positive and necesary too.
Qlikview is a system that gives you a lot of posibilites and have a large items to do and you will never be perfect and know everything about them, but it is recommend knowing the mayority of them to develop and improve your knowledge and skills.
Qlikview doesnt do any magic, you do, but there is no secret, you have to practice a lot and have the energy to get your objective and always try to improve and be a better qlikview developer.
