Qlikview services/statistics not visible on Windows 2012

Hi

I have installed Qlikview on Windows 2012 server. When I am trying to access the Management Console remotely it is working fine but if I am launching it via the start menu the UI I am getting is different using local host. Also, I am not able to see the services, statistics, license related information etc. Anyone faced this issue before ?
