Qlikview v11 SR1 PDF Report issues in AJAX

Hi everyone,

We are experiencing some issues with PDF REPORT via acces point in AJAX:
We have 2 reports: a 30 pages report and a 60 pages report.
For the 30 pages report no problem, everything is fine, but nothing appends (the printing dots never stop cycling) when we try to generate the 60 pages report…

When using IE plugin everything is fine for both reports...

I've seen that the SR2 pack is fixing some issues about PDF report in AJAX.
Bug 47599: Print report not working in AJAX

Where can I find the detail of the bug to see if our problem is related?
Or does anyone have an idea of how to fix this?

Thanks to the Qlikview support, we've found a solution to our issues by increasing the time out on the Qlikview server:

Resolution

To increase the PDF Printer timeout, do the following

Locate the file settings.ini found in

Windows 2008

C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikViewServer\

Add the setting PDFPrintTimeoutInSeconds in the [Settings 7] section

[Settings 7]

PDFPrintTimeoutInSeconds= 120

Save settings.ini and restart QlikView Server Service
