Question regarding hiding column header in pivot table.

I'm fairly new to Qlikview, but was wondering if anyone can help me with how to remove the "header column" from a pivot.  That probably doesn't make sense so attached is the screen shot of the app.  I want the column that says "Qtr-Year" removed - I know how to remove the actual label but I want to hide the column that displays the label.  Thanks, Kris

Hi,

Go to char properties --> Presentation tab --> Select your dimension that you want to remove partial sum and uncheck show partial sum.

Thanks qlikoqlik, but that didn't work in my case - it removed all my QtrYear columns except for one and I need the breakdown by qtryear.

thanks Ashfaq - my show partial sums was unchecked already.  I'm thinking it's not possible in a pivot.

Hi Kris,

You should have to either write separate expression for each quarter else nothing can be done.

But if you want to hide the column header, then select the dimension, write the below in the label, you header name will vanish.

Write it in the Label:

=''

Hope this helps.

Thanks,

Thanks, that's a good hint. Nevertheless, the border line will be visible and it seems as if you cannot make it smaller. border.PNG
