Hi John,
i see that's from the windows event log, and unfortunately is a common generic message and not much help to you.
best is to check with Qlikview Servers event logs if its a server problem.
You say disconnected, is this the users when using the accesspoint to view documents?

Yes its happening when the users using the access point ..
The event log also says Qlikview server corrupted...

Could you paste some of the log here?
Also is this for one specific user / one specific document?
You also might need to check your version against the latest version release notes, to make sure its not a bug.
It is also worth keeping an eye on the resources of the server such as memory. The QlikView server tends to disconnect and boot off users if it is running low on memory.
