Qvw. file keeps on loading in the access point

Dear All

Recently have upgrade the Qlikview server from QV 11.20 SR9 to QV11.20 SR13 after every was fine, but when we browse the application from out side Qlikview server  access point is loading but when goes to application it show keeps on loading but finally it not gets loaded.

please refer the screen shot and kinldy help us to fix the issue

May be restarting your system help you...

or

try to stop and restart the QV services again

Can u tell  ,this happens for only one user or all the user

if its creating problem for only one user then

Might  be other user is using the same credentials

For all the user it showing the same problem

but i have open within the server in IE browser it works fast in chrome it shows the problem.
