hi friends
In bar charts ( bars Orientation in horizontal view ) the Dimension Values are always aligned towards Right..
Is there any option or properties for changing the Dimension Values alignment towards Left.??
thanks

Ashok Kumar
No, not really (as far as I know...). The only thing I can think of is implementing it as a Straight table and presenting bars as linear gauges. You don't get the axis though...

Hi
using Ctrl + Shift Key we can move the Bars (plot area & outer area only ) , not the dimension values..
I want to place the Dimension Values to align left..
By default it is aligned right in Bar Chart. (orientation Horizontal)

Hi Ashok,
goto chart -> Properties->Style
in Style --> Orientation Tab is there?
in that orientation 1st is Horizontal and 2nd is vertical
choose 2nd option.

But this is not the solution.
The case is when the orientation is horizontal, align the dimension values to the left.
Hi!!
I have the same problem, but I want to have a right align of the dimension label in a bar chart, vertically oriented, with diagonal text.
Anyone can help me!!!
Thanks!!
Mehdi
Diagonally oriented labels in a vertical bar chart ARE right-justified...
I don't think it's possible to control text alignment (left-right-center) in the Chart Labels, - this is controlled by QlikView. The only possible work around I could think of is creating equally sized strings with padded spaces in the beginning or at the end, and selecting a fixed-width (none-true type) font. This way you can "fake" left- or right- justification.
Hi
Olegs suggestion looks to me like the only way to work. Spent quite some time on this and found no way to change alignment.
It is also a pity that for drilldowns we do not get a cursor indication that the label it is a link, I have added this as a feature request. My workaround is to show labels in blue and underlined but because of the cursor crosshair symbol user get no visual feed back.
