RSS Feeds and Webpage Capture

Hi all,

Fairly new to QlikView and would like to know if it is possible to have a webpage screencapture uploaded onto a QlikView Dashboard, for example a live weather page, it would be a bonus if it is interactive such as this webpage that I would like to add Western Australia 7-day Forecasts

And I'm having issues with RSS feeds and how to properly manipulate that data into tables. Any help on this would be greatly appriciated
