Rank within each group

On the attached file I have a group dimension and a margin expression. I want a third column that ranks the margins within each group.  There must be an easy answer for this. Thanks in advance for your help.

I don't quite understand. How does it know to rank it by Mem_Group?  I have many other columns in the chart.
