Rate updation using effcetive from date and effective to date

Dear All

I have data in qvd which i copied in excel and qvw , My requirement is to create a master

  

prod Codenbreff fromeff to date
NBRbatch no

Both tables having data based on effictive from  & effective to  date , I want to use peek function and batch no i want to get in master How to get this.
