I can see what you want to do - show the total only and NOT exclude the negatives from the chart. I can only see 1 way round this and it is a bit of a cheat but will probably be good enough using a table and a chart combined.

However can't we do it on the bar chart instead of representing values in separate pivot table.

I think that is the best solution available - Sorry I cannot see a way in which to provide what you require otherwise
