Thanks for your help.
As per your advise and following the Qlik Doc, I have created 2 list boxes with their respective alternate states and assigned each to 2 different graphs. But when I select a customer, the list boxes show all loans but not relevant to customer(no white and grey myth).
Alternatively, I have created one more list box as "inherited", it seems to be working (only white).
Could you please help me in here with what could be the issue with alternate states?
