Reason to corrupte distributed file.

We have distributed the 4 qvw file from 1 source qvw file through Qlikview Publisher --> Loop in Field.

In that 4, first 2 qvw file working fine, But I am not able to open another 2 file because file has corrupted(and we don't have shared file for that corrupted qvw file).

Why the file has corrupted and miss shared file?

Hi KK,

Please check if the .meta files are being created properly for all the 4 QVW files. Shared file will not be created after the QVW being created. Once you are able to open the document from the Access Point, .shared file will be created.

Are all the .meta files available?

Please check by creating a new folder, changing the permissions to USERS etc.

Hi DM,

I dont want to recover the corrupted file.(also I am not able to open that application without data).

I need to create the new application from that source qvw application, but when I run the distribution task I can get corrupted file again.

How to create the new qvw file from source qvw file?
