Recommended List Analysis

Lets say I have a list of recommended items we want a customer to buy, ie the ideal stock holding.  Then I have a list of what has been sold.  I want to map one against the other.

I can easily show a straight table with the list of parts that have been purchased, but it wont show those that are not, I think I need to join the tables?
