Recover previous QVW

Hi All,

I have created a QVW and wrote a 5 sheets script in it. I did save and reload.

Today accidentally 1 sheet got deleted and again I did save and reload.

Is there any way I can get back the old QVW?

Without any backup - no. Maybe there is one within the Shadow Copy - Wikipedia.
