Hi all,
I have set up a Gauge.
Now I wan't a couple of reference lines in it, with labels attached (which have the values of those reference lines).
When I check te "Show label in Chart" checkbox, nothing happens. It doesn't show up.
I use QlikView Version 10.00.8811.6 SR1
Could someone help me out with this? I really need these labels, else the gauge isn't that readable.
Thanks in advance.
Hi,
I had similar problem in the past. And to resolve this issue... I have used Text in Chart option and I have used the expression to show the Label Value.
You can access this option under Chart Properties > Presentation > Text in Chart.
It would be good if you can post the sample QV document. I can workout an example for you.

I did a workaround this way for at the moment. But I would like the original way to work just correctly.
Why would the option be available if it doesn't work?
Now I've added those values in the "Text in Chart" and placed them manually on the correct places, but keep finding it strange why the original "show label in chart" option doesn't work.
I understand it is frustrating. However, what style are you using? Did you try to use the regular Guage - Dial Chart or 3D style?
Cheers - DV
No Idea..
On the tab Style I've selected the one which gives a gray round behind it (looks kind of 3D, but the 3D settings aren't changeable).
Hello,
The "Show Label in Chart" of reference line for gauges does not work for any type of gauge (or at least I am unable to do it), I have just tried . I am using version 11.20.12354.0 SR6 x64.
Regards,
