Refresh/restore required after dashboard update?

We have one issue-- when we make a change in the dashboard, some users see the new file and some need to go into the access point and refresh/restore via view details/remove last document state. This seems especially true with full browser mode. It seems odd to require users to go into such a detailed step to avoid these unpredictable results.

Hi,

Sometimes the Dashboard is cached so whenever you access the Dashboard the browser retrieves the data from Cache instead of server.  To avoid this you need to clear cache by clicking Ctrl + F5 or remove last document state.

Jagan.
