Can you tell how frequently you want to refresh the data in dashboard?

I can suggest you QMC for reloading dashboard.

What you mean to say Periodically, Can you provide time to time Duration

Is there any specific Time to reload the application, If not we have option in QMC (QV Server) directly. You can check same over QMC

You can go to your QMC, and add a new task to the document you want to reload every monday. you can select the trigger in while adding new task and select Weekly while configuring the task and select the day you want to refresh the task every week.

When you setup your trigger for the task, there you have an option of setting frequency.
