Regarding Sort order in Pivot Table for TOTAL

Dear All,

I want to sort the my data total wise in pivot table ........I tried but failed to do so .

Kindly suggest any clue/solution/trick...

Use Sort using Expression

Count(TOTAL<DISP_CATEGORY> {<SUB_VERTICAL_DESC={'AUTO'} >} SI_NO)

Is this work for you or not??

Since as you requested you want sort data total wise.

and in your pivot table you are calculating total on Disp_category

Therefore I added the above expression in sort tab under RCA flag

Dear Max,

The solution given by you working on the selection .......When i click on Approval Related Then the counts is coming in sorted order ....However once i release the selection from approval related ...then counts is not coming in sorted order ..

I want initially the count should be appear in sorted order. I dont want the data to be sorted on selection movement.
