Regarding Time Related Total

Dear ALL,

The below is my actual data:

Agent Name                  Comfort                TeaBreak                Lunch

A                                  00:47:21                00:20:30                00:23:53

B                                  00:35:23                00:16:33                00:29:21     

C                                  00:35:13                00:14:59                00:30:06   

I want to calculate the overal time comfort + TeaBreak + Lunch...like below:-

Agent Name                  Comfort                TeaBreak                 Lunch               Overall     

A                                  00:47:21                00:20:30                00:23:53           01:25:50

B                                  00:35:23                00:16:33                00:29:21           01:21:17

C                                  00:35:13                00:14:59                00:30:06           01:20:18

How i can do this If will do same ...i am not getting as expected output....i am getting the value point wise 0.31546789 like this

But i want overal total should be in proper time format.....Please help

Hi ,

Go to chart properties the select Number Tab , select your sum expression and change number format to Interval then put h:mm:ss in format pattern.

Load *, Time(Comfort+TeaBreak+Lunch) as Overall Inline

Hi ,

Arul solution will work perfectly .. you just need to replace h:mm:ss TT with h:mm:ss  in format pattern to remove AM/PM
