Regarding failed to open document

Hi Friends,

I am struggling to find a solution for an unprecedented problem. The issue is one of the user in my organisation is not able to open a document in access point.

Although she was able to use/open it 2 weeks ago. I have checked the following to make sure these are not the cause of error.

1. She has access to the application.

2. Her name is present in the distribution list.

3. We have sufficient number of licenses.

4. IE plugin and Ajax are installed.

5. Section Access doesn't restrict her.

Please help if you have faced similar issues. What could be probable solution?
