Regarding qlikview management console reload

Hi, We have clients who say that they have purchased the DOC CAL licenses and on reserve which needs to be activated for their resources. However I could not see any in qlikview management console to grant them access. How do I refresh qlikview management console. Please help. Thanks

Did you try to 'Update License From Server"? This works only when the machine is connected to Internet. If not than you will need to get LEF file.
