Reload can not run

I try to run this task below the following but it does not work. Everyone can help me to solve this problem?

Well,I will tell with you about my situation. I set up the time for reload and at that time I could not see that the reload processing was succeed. Next,I tried to press the button "Run this task" ...then it ran but it stopped awhile. This case was not work , right ?

make sure that the services are running. If still problem exists then  please post the snapshot of the reload tab from the access point?

If "it ran but it stopped awhile" without displaying a red error icon in the QMC, then the task executed allright.

Maybe the task (or reload) has not much work to do?

You can always check the QDS logs on localhost. They're located in C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\DistributionService\1\Log\date where date is today's date. There must be a directory for every started task run.

Select the task that fails->Click on 'Show Task Details' (right top corner)->Log . Possibly the log would help you fix the issue.
