Reload not happening in QMC

Hi All,

In QMC, I have scheduled the task to reload. But as per scheduling its not start to reload. What could be the issue? Why its not started to reload as per scheduling? In task tab its not showing scheduled time. In the screenshot, I highlighted in yellow that I have scheduled.

Please someone help to solve this issue.

What trigger did you define for this task?

Hi mohammad,

Thanks for your reply. I did not disable my task. I have highlighted the file in yellow color that I have scheduled.

It seems either you have not scheduled it properly or might be services are not working properly.

If you have scheduled the task properly, then restart your QVS services which include 5 services:

QDS,QMC,QWS etc in the service segment of your computer.

Can you post a screenshot of the Reload tab (no Publisher) or the Trigger tab (publisher) of this particular task?

The reload might have failed. Have a look at the logs, it might reveal why the task has not run.

It seems you have not scheduled it properly....remove and schedule it again...
