Reload unsuccessful without any error, after successful reloads

Hi,

Not totally sure how to explain this one but here goes.  I have a document where if I run it through debug it will run fine, and the next full reload it also runs fine.  There after it will fail once it has loaded everything within the document.  I have slowly commented out final bits to see if they are causing it, but it is still finishing, then failing.

The last line in the log file is:

09/08/2012 16:54:32:

Execution finished.

There is no failure, error message etc.  Has anyone came across this? I am pulling my hair out!

I have came across this before with trying to write to a qvd that is "being used by another application" but there is no output from this document so that can be ruled out.

Any help would be great.

Do you face this issue when you save this document to a location?

Another possible check is to make sure the document is not opened by another Developer using the QV Desktop client.

I do not face any issues when saving it and I have closed every other instance of QlikView Developer on the machine.

I have experienced similar issue when saving the document to a remote location due to the network issue. Please try once in Publisher by executing the task to replicate this issue. Let me know how it goes?

When I have this problem occasionaly, it is usually enough to close QV desktop, reopen and reload again.

If it doesn't help, I reload it in a different QV version, e.g. QV 9.

I wish I knew the reason...
