Remote control steps forward one record at a time

Step forward in Qlik

We have a simple table that has details on it - and we want to have a simple looking 'remote' control that moves up and down the record that is selected on a fact table- the file will be deployed in QVS.

Any thoughts on how to make this work? Can this be done by running a macro? I've attached a QVW file with two buttons as a sample.
