Remove expand/collapse icon in Pivot Table

I have a question about the expand/collapse icon provided in pivot tables. In the image below, I have the Description, Target and details fields. My requirement is to remove the icons circled in red as clicking on it will collapse the target and details section for a given row.

Is there anyway I can either remove or disable the icon in the description field? My instincts suggest this may not be possible, but is there any other workaround?

Hello,

In Pivot Table Chart Presentation tab, there is a property called "always fully expanded". Once you check that, it should remove the icons, but the table will always be expanded.

Thanks for the response. Unfortunately the expand all option in the presentation tab will not meet my requirement. It's only the icons in the Description column I need to remove. The remaining columns should have the icons for the user to collapse and expand freely.
