Replace, Promote and Demote Bookmarks on AccessPoint

Hi,

I am working with end-users to better understand the current suite of apps our company have developed.

I have received some questions about bookmarks which did not appear to be answered in the QlikCommunity

1) When I try and replace a bookmark in AccessPoint, it does not keep the new selections.

Why is this?

2)The options to Promote, Demote, Replace etc. are greyed out in the 'My Server Bookmarks' tab.

Is it possible to make these options available when designing the QVW for the end-user?
