Replace dimension values within chart/table

Hi all,

Just wondering if someone can help!

Given a pivot table which has the dimension dim_x, which has values A, B, C and D.

How can I replace the value of B with Z. In other words, instead of A, B, C, D I would have A, Z, C, D.

I only want to do with within the pivot table and not to the actual data.
