Replacing field values in the data manager

Hello,

I want to replace field values of dimensions in the data manager. For example I have the following field values: USA, US and United States, while i want them all to be named USA. This should be possible in the replace tab. However this is only possible when a table has 100 or less distinct values, while my table has 2800 distinct values.

Is there a way to solve this?

I would use a mapping loads to do this.

Note:    Instead of the inline table you can use an excel if the data set is huge
