Report settings in Report Editor Header/Footer

i have created a report using the report editor and used the header/footer option.

This is a very nice option if you use multi-pages. BUT

the header/footer is also showing in the first page. Is it possible to give all the pages a header and footer EXEPT the first page?

where is that option?
