I'm in the process of trying to autmatically generate reporting on the existing NPrinting files. With some minor amendment you can view this data as an XML file which Qlikview can pick up.
The issue I'm having is that I've got very limited experience of working with XML files. I've attached an example file - what I want to be able to get out of this (and other similar files) is for a Schedule what Job(s)>Task(s)>Report(s) are being created. In this example the answer is every Monday at 10:30 the CSG Job is executed which has the CSG001 - NNNNN Report Task which has the CSG001 - NNNNN Weekly Reporting xlsx report.
How do I extract that data from the XML file to Qlikview - keeping the relationships etc? To be clear this is just an example - what I need to be able to do is do this for more complex XML files from NPrinting too.
