Reports - Include header on each sheet of multi-page

I have several multi-page sheets in a report I'm creating, and I want to include a header/footer on all of them. From what I can tell, headers only display on the first page of that multi-page object, and footers only appear on the last page of the multi-page object. Is there a way to make the header/footer appear on each sheet of the multi-page object?

In Report->Edit Report->Page->page settings->settings->check- Use Introduction and Appendix & Intermediate Papers->ok
