The Document report will accompany your document in case you want to give it to someone else.

User report will stay locally on the user's machine.

I hope this helps

Thanks for your reply.

Could you elaborate little bit more?

Document report is a part of the QV document, that is, information is stored within qvw file.  If you move the file, give to somebody else - the report is there.

User report is a part of your PC environment, nothing about it is in qvw file.  The report isn't there if you send the file to another user.  Or even if the same physical box is opened by another user.

Same rules are for the bookmarks.

Hi Robert

A document report is a report attached to the document. So if you decide to share your document (.qvw) file with someone else, they will be able to open that report.

A user report is a report that stays locally on your machine. You are the only one that can open this report.
