Request for help on how to create the frames on QlikView Sheet

Hello ,

I am working through the book - QlikView 11 for Developers. I noticed that the Solution QVW`s have 3 frames (left, center and right) but I am unable to replicate that on my end. Any thing we can edit via document properties, to achieve this effect

There´s one image as background image
