Restricting end date based on to date section

I have came across requirement where i have calendars in place and my user want to make sure that the end date should be always be greater than or equal to date and they do't want users to select a end date which is less than start date in the calendar.

i want the end date selction ciretera to be based on the select date in the way that if the start date is 3rd march 2015 then end date should be avialable with end date equal to or after 3rd march but not before that.

can i know how can i achieve this???

Please find the test file to experiment on. i already created a calendar there and here is the requirement
