Right-Click menu not usable after QV12 upgrade

Hi everyone,

after we updated our server to QV12 some users cannot user their context menu (right-click) properly. To be more specific, the menu is just so small that it is impossible to select any of the actions (see screenshot).

The biggest problem is that only few users have this issue. I already tried clearing the browser cache and changing the browser.

I am greatful for any ideas on how to fix this issue. Thank you in advance
