Rolling Average and Sum

I am trying to understand the difference of accumulations and which one are the correct  formulas for its calculation for rolling averages and sums.

Follow attached the excel file with formulas. Can you help?

I think so from the attachment, Column G(RangeSum) & Column J(RangeAvg) are created with proper expressions.
