Rolling Months in script level

Hello Friends,

As I am getting excel file as a data source like as attached every month, I need to use the excel file the Month 01 as Jul 2011, Month 02 as Aug 2011.... so on  and Month 12 as Jun 2012 and for the next month one month step forward like Month 01 as Aug 2011, Month 02 as Sep 2011 .. so on and the Month 12 as Aug 2012.

Is it possible to do in the script level to load the data.

Please give your valuable suggestions.

Is Month 12 always the current month (when you receive the file) ?

Yes always the Month 12 is current month I will recive the file every month from 1st to 5th.
