SORTING Straight Table

Hi,

I want to sort 3 columns of a straight table: Column 3 alphanumeric ascending within column 2 alpha ascending within column 1 date ascending. The problem I have is it only seems to work on the column I have at the top of the Sort priority list (in this case Date), the other columns do not sort? Any suggestions?

In the priority list the columns to sort are the top three columns??

Normally should be fine, did you check that every column you need to sort is properly set up in the Sort sheet in chart property ?

Also you need to define the sort order of your fields... Then it should be ok.

Yes they are the top 3 columns

Yes the 3 columns are configured and set up correctly in the Properties\Sort tab
