=SUMPRODUCT(B2:B4,C2:C4)/B5

Try like below

Sum(Qty * Profit) gives result like SUMPRODUCT

Sum(Qty * Profit ) / Sum(Total Qty) gives like SUMPRODUCT(B2:B4,C2:C4)/B5
