For sales of today since last 6 months try like:

sum({<Date={">=$(=monthstart(vToday,-6)) <=$(=today())"}>}[Sale])/100000

May be as below:

=Sum({<Date= {"$(='>=' & Floor(MonthStart(vToday())-6) & '<=' & Floor(vToday())"}>} [Sale])/100000)

If you want last 6 months Data

You can try this too

sum({< Date= {" <= $(=AddMonths(Today(),-6))"}>} Sale)

OR

sum({< Date= {" <= $(=MonthStart(Today(),-6))"}>} Sale)

OR

sum({< Date= {" <= $(=MonthStart(Today(),-6,0))"}>} Sale)
