SalesForceDLL.dll - integration SalesForce and QlikView

Hi,

I'm interested in integration of SalesForce and QlikView.

I've found a lot of documents and examples how to do it, and it's easy.

Now on http://eu.demo.qlik.com/download/  i can't find this connector dll file.

Could anyone send it directly to me or send me a link? spooky666(at)o2.pl

Where is the connector to download??
