Same field with multiple value in Search Query

I use to have search Query for all "0" and null value data.

But the data which i have now consist of 2 same field but different value which is 0 and 12

='=Amount<=0 or isnull(Amount)=-1'

for example :

Ticket Number      Amount

12345                    0

                              12

so what should i change my search query in order to fit the result where Ticket Number 12345's amount  is not consider as 0.
