Save as QVW without data

Dear QV Experts,

Created a QVW File & loaded few tables.

Now I want to save the QVW as an another file.

But need to reduce the size of the file provided the data is removed.

Still I should see the Tables in Table Viewer.

Is it Possible? Can anyone suggest me on this.

Goto Files -> Reduce Data-> Keep Possible Values

If you still need to see the table views, try:

Goto Files -> Reduce Data-> Remove All Values

Thanks Gowtham. Dropping the unused fields will still not shown in the TableViewer. I need the table with columns to be viewed in TableViewer.

Without Manual Intervention, Can we able to automate this options.

For Ex, I have five dashboards created. but without opening each & every dashboard, I should able to do this options.

Is it Possible? Please share your thoughts.

Hi Sasi,

Go to Debug on left hand side u can see Limited Load check box there u can give very small number and Run it

so that this file is having that many low records only

i don't have idea about cmd prompt.

but one more idea is  Go to File  -> Reduce Data -> Remove All Values
