Scatter Chart, Axes with same labels - Urgent

Hi,

I have a qlikview model with millions of rows of data that is loaded everyday, however when the load fails something strange happens

to my Scatter Chart. Both Axes have the same label for eg. it will normally show A and B, Now it is showing A and A. 

Is this a Bug in Qlikview?
