Might be you need to read Scatter Chart uses. Here, Same to same i don't think so it will possible. Without Line some how visible. So that, If you want to Line surely, Then you can unlock this way. And Scatter Chart need two dimensions for ref, And visualisation you can try Attachment for Ref.

Some work around, Scatter chart never show like Line chart. But, it's looking good now. Try this and let me know
